What is your cancellation policy?

Do you allow dogs?
Yes, our cottages are doggie friendly. All we ask is that you bring your own throws should your dogs jump on the furniture. We have hot & cold outdoor showers so you can ensure your doggies can be washed after a sandy beach walk.
Are there pubs nearby?
Yes there are doggie friendly pubs within walking distance of both cottages.
Is there parking ?
Yes there is free on street parking outside both cottages
How far is the beach ?
Wavecrest is 0.8 miles from the beach
Meadowview is 3.4 miles from the beach
Is there a security bond
Yes there is a refundable security bond of £200
Will the hottub be ready when we arrive ?
As we have to empty and refill the hottub after every guest in line with regulations, the hottub will be ready for use the following morning. If you would like it ready on your arrival day then an additional cost of £50 will be payable.
This can be ordered at the time of booking.
Is there sofa beds ?
Our cottages sleep 6 +2
The additional 2 guests will be sleeping on a luxury sofa bed.
Is there travel cots available ?
We have a travel cot and high chair available in each cottage on request
Is there a secure garden ?
Both cottages have a secure outdoor space.
Wavecrest has a large lawned garden with 6ft fencing. There is also a secure front garden with lockable gates.
Meadowview has a secure court yard and raised seating area with stairs for access.. Access to Meadow View is directly from the street so we advise caution with pets & children when leaving the property.
